MAS is specialized retail financing organization engaged in financial services since 1995, registered with Reserve Bank of India (RBI) as a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC).

With a plethora of retail finance options in its arsenal, MAS will be a focus on fulfilling the requirements of lower income and middle-income groups of the society. We will offer Financial Services for Micro Enterprises Loans, SME Loans, Home Loans, Two Wheeler Loans, Used Car Loans, and Commercial Vehicle Loans to satisfy their varied needs. The focus remains on the vast lower income and middle-income groups of the society, spread across urban, semi-urban and rural areas, and including formal and informal sector.

To recover the given loan amount from the irregular customers MAS has a special department called Recovery Management Department, which recovers the given amount from the customer. All the customers who will not pay the loan amount regularly are listed under the sheet called appraisal overdue list. At the end of the month the sheet is updated with the latest statement of the customer's status of their current loan. Based on the list of appraisal overdue, customers will be divided and allocated to the Recovery Officers called Executives who will handle the case of that customer. Executive regularly visits the allocated customers and update their status. All this process can be done manually on paper.

Objective

The main objective is to provide the complete solution which can make the recovery process more smoother and digital. All the paperwork can be done on the mobile application and at the same time it can reflect on the web application so the respective senior person can monitor the progress and status of their executives.

Synopsis

To provide the solutions to the problem we've developed the two system one for web and second for mobile application user.

Recovery Department includes the different types of designations like Executive, Agency, RDO, RO, Team Leader, SO, etc. Executive are the in-house employee of the MAS while Agency is the outside employee or the company who works for MAS. They are the end user who will be used the mobile application for recovery process while the other designation users except Executive and Agency are the Web application user who will monitor and track the progress of their executives.

Web application user can create the login credentials of the mobile application user and set the restrictions like IMEI number, Daily Collection Limit, Day Begin Time, Day End Time, etc. Mobile application user can log in into the application by entering the Executive code and their password given by their senior officers from device given by MAS. Once mobile user logged into the application they can perform the routine operations like Day Begin, Day End, Daily Plan, Field Visit, Bank Deposit, View the current status and progress of their work, etc. from the mobile application. Web application users can access the features like manage the application users, manage the rights of the other users by designation or by user wise, manage the approval sent by the mobile application users, send the notification to the mobile application users and other web application users, view the activities performed by the mobile application users like planned visit, actual visit, actual collection, bank deposit, etc., manage the mobile application settings, etc.

Each mobile application user must have to perform day begin operation on or before specific time defined by the web application user. By performing this operation user can get the allocated data from the server. Without performing this operation user can't be allowed to perform the other operations in the mobile application. Once they get the data from the server, they can plan their day from the list of data and go for the actual field visit. During the field visit they can choose the various operations like Collection, PTP (Promise to Pay), File, Seize, Remarks based on the customer response. After completing the visit user must have to fill the Factsheet to mark the visit as a completed visit. There is also facility available in the mobile application to print the receipt of the transaction using Bluetooth printer.
